Victoria R. Maroldi, ASLA, LEED AP

A certified Landscape Architect with over 25 years of experience, Ms. Maroldi received her B.S.L.A. degree from the Landscape Architecture Department at Cook College, Rutgers University.  Her experience includes site planning, commercial landscape design as well as fine residential garden design.  She has prepared Open Space and Recreation Plans for municipalities seeking Green Acres funding for land preservation.  Her work has also included many office parks, college campuses, commercial sites and private homes throughout New Jersey.  One recently completed project is "Dreyfuss Plaza", a new pedestrian focal point adjacent to the Receation Center on the Fairleigh Dickinson University campus in Florham Park, New Jersey

With a keen interest in restoration ecology and as an avid gardener and outdoorswomen, her goal as a Landscape Architect is to combine her knowledge of environmental systems with the rich artistic traditions of garden design.  In this way she strives to preserve, create and restore landscapes that are not only sustainable but are regenerative in nature.

She is a member of The New Jersey Audubon Society, The Native Plant Society of New Jersey and The American Society of Landscape Architects.  She is a LEED AP, an accredited professional through the United States Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).

Joan E. Furlong, ASLA

Ms. Furlong has over 15 years experience in the practice of landscape architecture, with broad experience in site planning and design of public open spaces, and specializing in the documentation and sensitive re-design of old landscapes. Past projects include the Montclair Cooperative School, Montclair, NJ; Weehawken Public Library, Weehawken, NJ; the Rock and Native Plant Gardens at the New York Botanical Garden, Bronx, NY; the Van Vleck House and Garden, Montclair, NJ; the Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston, MA, and numerous residential projects. She worked in landscape architecture offices in Boston and the New York metropolitan area and maintained a small design practice of her own before joining Davies Associates. Ms. Furlong received her B.A. in art from Smith College, and M.L.A degree from Harvard University.

Caitlin M.L. Davies, Office Manager

Ms. Davies does a variety of tasks including: Office Manager, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Time Tracking Analysis, Financial Support, Reporting/Analysis, Purchasing, Marketing/Graphics, Website, Basic AutoCAD and General Office support. Ms. Davies strives to learn as much as she can about Landscape Architecture and Office Managerial skills in and out of the office.
